This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.ingenco2.dk/ (the “Site”).

Personal Information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Personal Information we collect for members

In order to enter into an agreement our brand, we need the following information:

• URL of website
• CVR no.
• Legal name of the company
• Company form (by personally owned company, name of owner)
• Address
• ZIP code. and city
• Tel. no.
• Billing email address
• Contact person's name
• Contact person's email address
• Contact person's telephone number (direct or mobile)

Some of the information comes from CVR-registered and from the information provided in connection with the creation of membership in the brand.

We register and pass on the above data in order to provide the service associated with membership of the e-brand. The information is registered with the e-commerce fund and stored in current customer relationships. When the membership ends and all outstanding payments have been settled, the information is stored for another 5 years in accordance with the rules of the Accounting Act. However, the information can be stored for up to 10 years for reasons of special legal requirements, for example in connection with the limitation period in debt collection cases.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

• “Log files”  - track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you make an application or attempt to make an application through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, company address, payment information (including credit/debit card numbers, email address, and phone number). How do we use personal information?
